- Q) How long have you been in business?
A) We have been in the custom painting/customizing business for
over 25 years. We have had many show winners, magazine and catalog
feature bikes, and numerous best paint awards.

A) Yes, we offer
worldwide shipping.

Where are you located?
A) We are located in Omaha, Nebraska, smack dab in the middle of
the U.S.A. This central location provides for very consistent
shipping rates and delivery times.

Do you work on all makes of motorcycles?
A) Yes. From dirt bikes to dragsters and everything in
between, we paint all makes and models. We have flamed Honda,
Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Victory motorcycles. They are
becoming an increasing segment of our business.

How long does the job take?
A) For tanks and fenders, usually 3-6 weeks, depending on the
complexity of the job, and the time of the year. This does not
include shipping time to us and back to you which is usually 3-7
days each way, depending on which shipping method is used.

Do you sell complete sets of custom painted sheet-metal?
A) Yes, look in our "store"
section. We sell complete sets both outright and on an exchange

What type of paints do you use?
A) We use urethane, epoxy and polyester primers and sealers
and urethane enamel and polyurethane bases and clears from P.P.G
and House of Kolor.
- Q) What do you mean by show
quality?
A) No hard edge between graphic and base paint. No orange peel,
dust etc. Hand sanded and rubbed out to a mile deep "wet look"
mirror finish.

Do you paint parts other than sheet-metal?
A) Yes, we paint engine, trans, driveline and chassis parts,
including frames. check out our

Do you do sheet-metal modifications?
A) Yes, our complete fab shop can handle anything from custom gas
cap installations to modifying gas tanks or fenders. Stretching,
shortening, narrowing, widening, filling holes or seams, you name it
we do it. Also custom lighting treatments are a specialty.

Can you use my stock paint job?
A) Yes, provided your parts are in good shape, we can tailor
flames or graphics to work around, under or over stock decals,
pinstripes, badges, emblems, etc. We can often times fix minor
scratches or dings and cover them with the graphics, or just repair
your paint to stock condition if that is what you desire.

What method of payment do you accept?
A) We accept PayPal, all major credit cards, bank certified money
orders and cash. We also consider
trades
on anything of value.

How is payment handled?
A) Once all details of the design of your job have been approved
by you, and a final price total for the job is determined, we will
require a deposit of 30% of the total price (minus shipping and
handling costs) in order to start work. When the job is completed we
will e-mail you the pictures of the completed work. Upon your
approval we will require the balance due, plus shipping and handling
charges. We will then carefully package and ship your parts to you.

Do you have a warranty?
A) We guarantee paint from cracking, checking, bubbling, fading
or peeling for 2 years. Although we use epoxy resin to seal paint
edge at gas cap openings, we cannot warranty defects in this area.
We also cannot warranty parts that have been damaged from assembly
or normal use conditions.
